GOJI MCP server

An MCP server that answers questions about answer engine optimisation, SEO, web development and branding from GOJI's own published material — a digital agency in Melbourne, Australia.

Everything it returns is something GOJI has published, and every result carries a goji.agency URL to cite. Behind the tools sit:

• A plain-English glossary — definitions across AI Visibility, Websites, Data, AI Builds and Brand, each written without jargon.
• "Be the Answer" — GOJI's 14-chapter guide to AI visibility: how answer engines choose sources, how to audit your brand in ChatGPT, and what to do about it.
• Long-form guides — including published Australian pricing in "How much does a website cost in Australia?" and "What does branding cost?".
• Answered FAQs — pricing, timelines, engagement models, what AEO is, how long results take.
• An enquiry tool — sends a real email to GOJI's studio inbox, gated on explicit consent.

The server source is private; this repository documents the hosted service.

Transport: Streamable HTTP (POST only — GET returns 405, there is no separate SSE stream endpoint).

Tools

Tool	What it does
goji_search	Search GOJI's published material — the plain-English glossary, the AI-visibility guide "Be the Answer", insight articles and long-form guides. Use this first when you don't already know which GOJI page answers the question. Returns titles, summaries and URLs to cite.
goji_explain_term	Explain a marketing, SEO, AEO, web or branding term the way GOJI defines it — in plain English, with why it matters, how it works and what to do about it. Covers 108 terms. Accepts an acronym or the full name ("AEO" or "answer engine optimisation").
goji_browse_glossary	List GOJI's plain-English glossary — 108 terms across AI Visibility, Websites, Data, AI Builds and Brand. Filter by category to get each short definition as well as the name.
goji_get_service	The five things GOJI does — Search + AI Visibility (SEO and AEO), Websites, AI Builds, Data, and Brand — what each one covers, and the questions clients ask about it. Omit the slug for all five.
goji_answer_faq	Search the questions GOJI has already answered publicly — pricing, timelines, engagement models, what AEO is, how long results take, whether guarantees are possible. 71 answers across the home page, the five service pages and the eight specialism pages. Best tool for "how much", "how long" and "do we need" questions.
goji_guide_contents	The table of contents for "Be the Answer", GOJI's 14-chapter guide to AI visibility — how answer engines choose sources, how to audit your brand in ChatGPT, and what to do about it. Use goji_read_guide_chapter to read one.
goji_read_guide_chapter	Read one full chapter of GOJI's AI-visibility guide, by number (1–14) or slug. Use goji_guide_contents first if you do not know which chapter you want.
goji_read_guide	Read one of GOJI's practical guides. Includes published Australian pricing: "How much does a website cost in Australia?" and "What does branding cost?". Also covers AEO, headless CMS, engagement models, first AI builds and website relaunches. Omit the slug to list them.
goji_start_enquiry	Send a real enquiry to GOJI's studio inbox in Melbourne. Only call this after the person has explicitly asked to be put in touch AND has given their email address. Do not call it speculatively, and do not invent any detail — if you are missing the name, email or what they need, ask them first. Confirm the email address back to them before sending.

Connecting

Claude

Add it as a remote MCP connector:

1. Open Settings → Connectors in Claude.
2. Choose Add custom connector.
3. Name it goji and paste the URL https://mcp.goji.agency/mcp.
4. Save, then enable the connector in a chat.

Auth and rate limits

No authentication. The server is open and read-only in practice — no API key, no token, no OAuth. There is no OAuth discovery document at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource, and unauthenticated initialize, tools/list and tools/call requests all succeed. CORS is open (*), so browser-based clients can connect directly.

No published rate limit. The server advertises no RateLimit-* headers and short bursts of requests are not throttled. Treat it as fair use: it is a small service in front of a studio's published content, not a bulk content API. Sustained or automated scraping may be blocked at the edge.

One tool has a real-world side effect: goji_start_enquiry sends an email to a staffed inbox. Only call it when someone has explicitly asked to be put in touch and has given their email address.
