Terms of service
Last updated 10 June 2026. These terms govern your use of Ahel, operated by Ahel Technologies OÜ (Estonia).
The service
Ahel gives your AI assistant or application access to real-world data sources over MCP, REST, and an SDK. Results are aggregated from public registries, datasets, and third-party APIs; each result names its source. We work hard on accuracy but the underlying sources change and can be wrong. Verify before you act on decision-critical answers, and treat confidence scores as signals, not guarantees.
Acceptable use
Use Ahel only for lawful purposes: due diligence, compliance, security research on assets you are authorized to assess, and similar legitimate work. Do not use it to stalk, harass, or profile private individuals, to violate data-protection law, or to circumvent the access terms of an underlying source. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its sources.
Credits and billing
Usage is metered in prepaid credits as described on the pricing page. Calls that run on a key you connected yourself are free of our metering. Credits do not expire; purchases are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Failed calls are automatically refunded.
Your data and keys
You keep ownership of the tools you compose and the credentials you connect. We store connected keys encrypted and use them only to run the calls you ask for. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Estonian law applies; disputes go to the courts of Estonia.
