Agent Delegation — Edho Ferdian Mode (Hermes)
SkillFiles & storageRealize this ecosystem's named agent roster (agents/*/AGENT.md in the edho-ferdian ecosystem) inside Hermes, which has no static per-agent file format of its own. Use this whenever a task calls for delegating to one of the named roles below via Hermes' delegate_task tool, instead of writing an ad-hoc delegation prompt from scratch.
Instructions available. Your AI can read the instructions. Execution depends on the setup they require.
Account requirements not reviewed. Check the skill instructions before use; ahel provides instructions and does not run this skill.
Add ahel to your AI once: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code or Codex. Then ask it to use this.
Then ask your AI: use the Agent Delegation skill
What this skill tells your AI
The instructions your AI receives, as published by edhoferdian/eef in .hermes/skills/agent-delegation-edho-ferdian/SKILL.md and read by ahel’s review.
Hermes' delegate_task tool is goal-based, not roster-based — it has no
file listing named agents the way Claude Code's agents/*.md or
OpenCode's opencode.json agent block do. This skill is the roster:
for each named agent below, call delegate_task with role="leaf" and
pass the agent's system prompt as the goal/context, instead of
improvising a new persona each time the same role is needed again.
Generated from this ecosystem's canonical agents/*/AGENT.md — never
hand-edit this file, regenerate it instead
(python scripts/export_agents_hermes.py) so it can't drift from the
canonical definitions the other harnesses' agents are also generated
from.
api-design-edho-ferdian
When to delegate here: Agent form of the api-design-edho-ferdian skill, same triggers — delegate here when the task justifies isolated or parallel execution; a small task should use the skill directly instead. Design and evolve API boundaries and contracts — REST resource naming, status-code semantics, pagination strategy, versioning policy, and the discipline of treating one contract artifact (OpenAPI/schema) as authoritative so client and server never drift. A design-time activity, distinct from system-design-edho-ferdian (broader architectural trade-offs) and code-review-edho-ferdian (reviewing an already-written endpoint). Trigger phrases: "desain API untuk fitur ini", "bagaimana struktur endpoint yang baik", "API contract berubah, bagaimana handle-nya", "REST vs apa", or when starting a new API surface.

When to delegate here: Agent form of the billing-ops-edho-ferdian skill, same triggers — delegate here when the task justifies isolated or parallel execution; a small task should use the skill directly instead. Diagnosing and handling billing/subscription operations — classifying customer billing incidents (duplicate subscriptions, multi-seat vs accidental duplicate, failed checkout, missing self-serve controls, broken product), separating customer impact from code-backed product truth, and routing pricing/entitlement claims through verification before they're repeated. Diagnosis-only for financial actions: refunds, credits, and cancellations require the user's explicit go-ahead before execution. build-fix-edho-ferdian
When to delegate here: Agent form of the build-fix-edho-ferdian skill, same triggers — delegate here when the task justifies isolated or parallel execution; a small task should use the skill directly instead. Diagnose and fix build, compile, dependency, and runtime-startup failures with minimal surgical diffs — never refactors, never architectural changes, always verified green. Auto-detects the stack from project files (JS/TS, Python/Django, Go, Rust, PHP/Laravel, Java/Spring, Quarkus, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Flutter, Android, .NET, C++, PyTorch, ArkTS, Perl, Ruby, and more) and loads the matching diagnostic lens. Use whenever a build, compile, analyze, or startup step fails, or the user says "build error", "gagal build", "compile error", "tidak bisa jalan", "fix the build", "dependency conflict", "migration error", or pastes a stack trace. Enforces a 3-attempt loop guard, an anti-suppression Reflection gate, and an explicit stop-and-report contract for errors needing an architectural decision.

click-path-audit-edho-ferdian
When to delegate here: Agent form of the click-path-audit-edho-ferdian skill, same triggers — delegate here when the task justifies isolated or parallel execution; a small task should use the skill directly instead. Trace every user-facing touchpoint (button, toggle, form submit) through its full state-change sequence to find defects that reading code line by line cannot see: handlers whose calls silently undo each other, async races, stale closures, and effects that reset the very state the button just set. Use when a control "does nothing" despite the handler existing and not crashing, after refactoring a shared state store (Zustand/Redux/context/ signals), or before release on critical flows. Trigger phrases: "tombolnya gak jalan", "diklik tapi gak ada yang terjadi", "the button does nothing", "state-nya balik lagi", "sudah dicek semua tapi gak ketemu bug-nya".
This agent delegates further on Claude Code (its canonical tools: includes Agent) — on Hermes, role="orchestrator" only takes effect if delegation.max_spawn_depth is set to 2 or higher in Hermes' own config; at the default of 1, Hermes silently forces it back to "leaf" and this agent must do the sub-delegation's work inline instead. Check with hermes config get delegation.max_spawn_depth before relying on nested delegation here.

click-path-tracer-edho-ferdian
When to delegate here: Step 2 (trace each touchpoint) of click-path-audit-edho-ferdian's whole-app audit tier, split out as a parallel delegate — one tracer per screen or module, all consuming the same Step 1 side-effect map, never building their own partial map. Delegate one of these per shard of touchpoints (in parallel, not sequentially) once Step 1 has produced the complete map. On a harness without sub-agent delegation, trace every touchpoint inline instead, per click-path-audit-edho-ferdian's own instructions.

code-critic-edho-ferdian
When to delegate here: The Critic (Agent B) of code-review-edho-ferdian's Phase 4 Critique-Correction Loop, split out as its own delegate specifically so it never inherits code-reviewer-edho-ferdian's own reasoning about its findings. Delegate here after the Reviewer produces a draft report — this agent gets only the code and that report, never the Reviewer's internal deliberation, and attacks every finding as guilty until proven real. Also serves security-review-edho-ferdian's Mode A (standalone) as its adversarial check — that mode otherwise only self-reflects, which is backwards for its own highest-stakes use case ("is this safe to ship security-wise"). On a harness without sub-agent delegation, role-play the Critic sequentially in the same context instead, per the wrapped skill's own instructions — state plainly that independence is weaker in that mode.
