Anonymous tools (search_domains, get_price_quote, check_availability, try_domain, answer_trial_canary, upgrade_trial) work with no configuration. Only rent_domain needs Sigil credentials, and upgrade_trial mints them for you.
For authenticated tools (rent_domain), set:

POPDOT_PRIVATE_KEY=<base64 PKCS8 Ed25519 private key>
