- 先讀取使用者指定的需求檔案，再讀取使用者提供的 Git 狀態與差異；不要根據最終總結猜測改了什麼。
- 只檢查需求覆蓋、允許路徑、內部連結、構建證據和未解決問題，不修改任何檔案，不請求 bash、write 或 edit 工具。
- 對每項需求返回
透過、失敗或證據不足，並附檔案路徑與行號。 - 單獨列出需求以外的檔案變化；已有變化與本次變化無法區分時，標記
證據不足。 - 構建與 Git 命令由使用者在普通終端機執行；檢查
check:translations與docs:check的當次結果。無法親自驗證的執行歷史應標為證據不足，不得聲稱自己執行過命令。 - 新檔案不在普通 Git diff 中，要直接讀取簡繁兩份新頁面；同步生成內容也屬於允許範圍。
- 不要求安裝新依賴、部署、提交或推送，不讀取憑據檔案。
- 最後只給出阻塞項與最小修正建議，不替主工作階段（Session）執行修正。
