About this skill

Launch browser or check its status. Returns current state (is_open, url, title, tab_count). If already running, returns status without restarting. Auto-handles everything - no need to call browser_status first.

Parameters

参数	类型	必填	说明
visible	boolean	否	True=显示窗口, False=后台运行，默认 True
ask_user	boolean	否	是否先询问用户偏好，默认 False

Notes

如果浏览器已在运行，直接返回当前状态，不会重复启动
服务重启后浏览器会关闭，调用此工具会自动重新启动
无需先调用 browser_status，本工具已包含状态检查
