## Business Case — [Initiative Name]

### Executive Summary
Our customer support team handles 5,000 tickets/month manually, costing
$400K/year in labor. Implementing an AI-powered triage system will reduce
manual handling by 40%, saving $160K/year with a 10-month payback.
We request $120K in funding for Q2 implementation.
