Airport Lounge List MCP Server
MCP serverSearchKnow which airport lounges you can enter before you travel. This integration lets your AI search 8,500+ airport lounges and check whether a card or membership gets you access. Ask in plain language and your AI does the lookup for you.
No key or account is asked for. Not verified by us yet: Ahel has not run a call through it.
Then ask your AI: use Airport Lounge List MCP Server to search lounges
Details
Available today. Use it as a step in a pipeline you build, or from your connected AI.
No key or account is asked for. Not verified by us yet: Ahel has not run a call through it.
After adding it, ask your AI which lounges your card or membership gets you into. You can also ask it to find lounges at an airport you are traveling through.
What your AI can do with it
- Search 8,500+ airport lounges
- Find lounges at a specific airport
- Check whether a card grants lounge access
- Check whether a membership grants lounge access
Install Airport Lounge List MCP Server
The server’s own address, for the clients that take one directly. Or connect Ahel once and every client you use reads it from one address, with the account kept on Ahel rather than in each client’s config.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user airport-lounge-list-mcp-server 'https://mcp.airportloungelist.com/mcp'Run it once in your project, then open /mcp to approve any sign-in the server asks for.
Claude Desktop
https://mcp.airportloungelist.com/mcpAdd a custom connector in Settings, paste this address, and approve the sign-in.
Cursor

ChatGPT
https://mcp.airportloungelist.com/mcpIn Settings, enable Developer mode, create an MCP app, and paste this address. Your plan and workspace must allow custom apps.
Codex
codex mcp add airport-lounge-list-mcp-server --url 'https://mcp.airportloungelist.com/mcp'Run it once, then sign in with codex mcp login airport-lounge-list-mcp-server if the server asks for an account.
From the project's README
As published by airport-lounge-list/mcp-server in README.md.
A hosted Model Context Protocol server that lets an AI assistant answer the question every frequent flyer actually has: which lounge can I get into here, with the cards I already hold?
Search lounges at any airport, check access by credit card, membership, airline status or ticket class, compare networks like Priority Pass, and — once you sign in — log visits, write reviews and keep a wishlist.

There is nothing to install and no API key to copy. Add the URL to your MCP client and the tools appear. The eight lounge-data tools work immediately, with no account.

Tools
21 tools — see TOOLS.md for the full table with titles and descriptions.
Eight are public and need no account: search_lounges, get_airport_lounges, get_lounge_details,
find_lounges_by_access, list_access_methods, list_networks, get_network_lounges,
discover_more_flight_tools.
The other thirteen read or change your own reviews, visits and wishlist, and need OAuth.
Every tool declares MCP title and annotations (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint,
openWorldHint), so a client can tell a read from a write before it calls anything.
Skills
The Claude Code plugin ships eight skills in skills/. Each one tells the agent which tools to call, in which order. The same documents are live at https://airportloungelist.com/skills/<id>.md.
| Skill | Use it for |
|---|---|
find-airport-lounges | Lounges at an airport or in a city |
check-lounge-access | Does my card or status get me in? |
compare-lounge-networks | Priority Pass vs LoungeKey vs DragonPass |
plan-layover-lounges | Best lounge at each stop of an itinerary |
track-lounge-visits | Log a visit and write a review (OAuth) |
manage-lounge-history | Edit or delete visits and reviews (OAuth) |
lounge-wishlist-and-passport | Profile, passport stats and wishlist (OAuth) |
plan-whole-trip | Hand off to seat map, award and queue MCPs |
Transport and authentication
Streamable HTTP. SSE is not used.
Public tools need no token and are rate limited per IP address. Signing in lifts the limit.
Tools that touch your own data use OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and
RFC 7591 dynamic client registration, so a compliant client
registers itself and opens a browser for consent — no keys to paste. Scopes are read and write; the eight
mutating tools require write.
Calling a protected tool without a token returns 401 with a WWW-Authenticate header pointing at the
RFC 9728 protected-resource document, which is how your client
discovers the authorization server. initialize, tools/list and the public tools never return that challenge.
Discovery documents
/.well-known/mcp.json— server card with the full tool list/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp— RFC 9728/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server— RFC 8414/auth.md— the OAuth flow written for an agent to follow/.well-known/agent-card.json— A2A agent card

Network access and credentials
The plugin declares exactly one network endpoint, https://mcp.airportloungelist.com/mcp, configured in
.mcp.json. It ships no hooks, no scripts and no executable code — there is nothing to run
locally, so nothing reads your filesystem, environment or shell.
No credentials are needed for the eight public tools. The thirteen account tools use OAuth 2.1: your client registers itself and opens a browser for consent, and the resulting token is held by your client. We never see a password, and you can revoke access at any time from your account settings.
