对创作区文档进行读取、追加或替换操作。

流程

1. 读取文档：先调用 creation_read 获取当前全文内容与光标位置。

2. 判断写入方式：

   • 用户要求续写/补充 → 追加到文档末尾（append）。
   • 用户要求改写/替换选中内容 → 替换指定范围（replace）。
   • 用户要求全量重写 → 替换全文（replace_all）。

3. 调用写入：调用 creation_write，传入操作类型与内容，不要在 content 中混入操作说明。

4. 分镜描述格式（当内容为分镜时）：

   镜头 {N}｜{景别}｜{时长}s
   {画面描述，一句话，含主体/动作/场景}
   

注意事项

• 必须先读取再写入，禁止盲目覆盖。
• content 只放正文，不加使用说明或标注。
• 不确定写入位置时，先向用户确认，不要猜测。
