Execution Pattern (3-Phase)

All entity operations follow the pre/post/error pattern:

PRE  -> emit event, validate inputs, check dependencies
EXEC -> perform action, track duration
POST -> emit success event, trigger downstream
ERROR -> escalate level, emit error event, suggest recovery
