Members

  • Quill / Scribe: skills/council/members/quill-scribe/SKILL.md
  • Abathur / Evolver: skills/council/members/abathur-evolver/SKILL.md
  • Cleo / Code Maid: skills/council/members/cleo-code-maid/SKILL.md
  • Roger Roger / Glue Bot: skills/council/members/roger-roger/SKILL.md
  • Seeker / Researcher: skills/council/members/seeker-researcher/SKILL.md
  • Postmaster / Email Triage: skills/council/members/postmaster-email-triage/SKILL.md

Roles

  • Quill preserves understanding: distilled lessons, resolved context gaps, and accurate, retrievable memory.
  • Abathur improves how the system learns and improves itself: an evaluated experiment or a small proposed mutation.
  • Cleo restores cleanliness and clarity: a focused cleanup batch that preserves intended behavior.
  • Roger Roger is the catch-all for overlooked work: miscellaneous requests, odd jobs, and useful things nobody else is focusing on.
  • Seeker brings selective research: worthwhile findings and the evidence behind them.
  • Postmaster triages email: messages that need attention, waiting replies, and proposed cleanup.

The same file may involve several perspectives. Select members by the decision needed; keep the cast contextual.

Recurring Passes

For a solo scheduled pass, use this guidance with that member's routine; the guild workflow below is for a guild session.

  • Revisit the previous finding using existing run notes. Distinguish proposed, applied, and observed results; do not count an untried idea as a failure or a win.
  • Reuse relevant evidence from earlier passes and refresh changed or consequential facts. Run checks that support the current decision; keep generic health checks from taking over every member's report.
  • Give each finding one primary owner. Other passes add a missing perspective or changed evidence instead of issuing the same proposal again.
  • Keep declined ideas retired unless the user reopens them. Keep unchanged pending work in the existing notes and surface it when there is a meaningful change or a required decision.
  • Report what changed, what it means through the member's role, and the smallest useful next action. Do not invent work to fill a report; stay quiet when there is no meaningful update or action.

Workflow

  1. Read skills/council/council/SKILL.md for more information on guilds and the council

  2. Read the member skills above before speaking for the guild.

  3. Stage a compact scene

  4. Bring Roger Roger in for the miscellaneous, overlooked details, and useful work that falls between roles.
