gsd-undo
SkillDev toolsThe gsd-undo skill is a safe git revert tool for an AI agent working in a project. It rolls back commits tied to a phase or plan by finding them through the phase manifest or git log, checking dependencies, and asking for confirmation before reverting. It can also list recent commits so you can pick one interactively.
Then ask your AI: use the gsd-undo skill
Details
Instructions available. Your AI can read the instructions. Execution depends on the setup they require.
Account requirements not reviewed. Check the skill instructions before use; Ahel provides instructions and does not run this skill.
No other account needed.
Have a git repository with commits made by GSD phases or plans.
What your AI can do with it
- Revert all commits for a phase using the phase manifest
- Fall back to git log when the manifest is missing
- Revert all commits for a specific plan
- List recent GSD commits for interactive selection
- Check dependencies before reverting
- Ask for confirmation before executing a revert
Getting started
- Have a git repository with commits made by GSD phases or plans.
- Make the skill available to your agent so it can read the phase manifest and run git commands.
- Run the skill with --last N to see recent commits, or with --phase NN or --plan NN-MM to target a phase or plan.
- Review the dependency check and confirm the revert when prompted.
What this skill tells your AI
The instructions your AI receives, as published by open-gsd/gsd-core in skills/gsd-undo/SKILL.md and read by Ahel’s review.
