hive.quality-monitor
SkillMonitoring & opsThis skill lets your AI check the quality of its own work at regular intervals. It catches output that starts to slip early, so problems surface before you notice them. That makes it easier to trust results from longer stretches of work.
Available today. Use it from your connected AI after setup.
No other account needed.
Once added, ask your AI to keep an eye on its own work quality as it completes tasks. It will periodically review its output and catch anything that starts to slip.
Then ask your AI: use the hive.quality-monitor skill
What your AI can do with it
- Check its own output quality at regular intervals
- Notice when the quality of its work starts to slip
- Catch quality problems early, before you do
- Keep assessing its work over time as tasks continue
What this skill tells your AI
The instructions your AI receives, as published by aden-hive/hive in core/framework/skills/_default_skills/quality-monitor/SKILL.md and read by ahel’s review.
Operational Protocol: Quality Self-Assessment
Every {{assessment_interval}} iterations, self-assess:
- On-task? Still working toward the stated objective?
- Thorough? Cutting corners compared to earlier?
- Non-repetitive? Producing new value or rehashing?
- Consistent? Latest output contradict earlier decisions?
- Complete? Tracking all items, or silently dropped some?
If degrading: write assessment to _quality_log, re-read _working_notes,
change approach explicitly. If acceptable: brief note in _quality_log.
