Use this skill when the user wants to:

• review what home tasks are due
• maintain monthly, quarterly, or seasonal checklists
• remember recurring replacement schedules
• reduce slow-building household disorder

Workflow

1. Read workspace/resources/home-maintenance/schedule.md and seasonal checklists (paths relative to the Tradclaw repo root; if the user copied only workspace/, use resources/ relative to that copy).
2. Determine what is due now, due soon, or overdue.
3. Surface a short practical list.
4. If asked, update completion state.

Rules

• Keep lists short and realistic.
• Prioritize high-leverage tasks.
• Do not flood the user with everything at once.
• Distinguish between safety-critical and nice-to-have.

Good outputs

• “This month: replace air filter, do one donation run, and check the medicine cabinet.”
• “Quarterly reset items due soon: closet rotation and pantry sweep.”
