Overview

Interviews are won in preparation: predictable questions, structured answers, and researched context.

Preparation blocks

1. Company research (30 min)

web_search / web_fetch the company site and recent news. Interviewer LinkedIn stays a user-opened tab (no scrape). Output: 5 facts + 3 smart questions.

2. Question bank per round

Manager	STAR stories × 6: success, failure, conflict, leadership, pressure, learning
Technical	role-specific drills; live problem practice
Final/culture	vision fit, questions that show ownership

3. STAR answers

Situation (1 phrase) → Task → Action (the meat, "je" pas "on") → Result (chiffré). 90 seconds max each. Write them, don't memorize word-for-word.

4. The candidate's questions

3 prepared: one on the role's success criteria, one on the team, one strategic. "No questions" = fail.

Mock interview mode

Run a simulation in chat: ask questions one at a time, wait for answers, then give feedback on structure, specificity, length, and red-flag phrasing. Increase difficulty on round two.

Salary talk

• Research the range first (web_search market data + the offer's signals)
• Never give a number first if avoidable; anchor with the range top when forced
• Negotiate the package, not just base (remote, formation, variable, congés)

Rules

• Honest weaknesses prepared ("vraie faiblesse + ce que j'en fais"), no "je suis perfectionniste".
• Debrief after each real interview: log questions in application-tracker and keep stage=interview on the Career desk.
