After adding it, ask your AI to benchmark a leadership ratio, build a partnership ROI estimate, or run a community-launch readiness test.
What your AI can do with it
- Benchmark leadership ratios against ELC data
- Build ROI estimates for partnerships
- Run a readiness test before launching a community
Install elc-toolkit
The server’s own address, for the clients that take one directly. Or connect Ahel once and every client you use reads it from one address, with the account kept on Ahel rather than in each client’s config.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user elc-toolkit 'https://www.engineeringleaders.io/mcp'Run it once in your project, then open /mcp to approve any sign-in the server asks for.

From the project's README
As published by marian-kamenistak/elc-toolkit in README.md.
"Is my engineering org top-heavy?" "How do I justify a conference/community sponsorship budget internally?" "Should I start a local engineering-leadership meetup?"
Your AI already gets asked these. Now it can answer with first-party data from Engineering Leaders Community: 3,300+ engineering leaders across Prague, Brno, Bratislava and Kraków, running since 2019, instead of guessing.
This is a remote MCP server. No install, no API key. One URL:
