@bridgenode/mcp
MCP serverAI & modelsBridgeNode gives your AI on-demand access to AI models with pay-per-request billing. Once added, your AI can send model requests and pay for each one with USDC on Solana, so you only pay for what you actually use. Requests use the OpenAI-compatible format.
Use @bridgenode/mcp in Claude, ChatGPT or Ahel Desktop
Free. Sign in, add @bridgenode/mcp and connect your AI. About a minute.

After adding it, fund your usage with Solana USDC and send your first model request through the OpenAI-compatible interface. Setup details are in the repository at github.com/bridgenode-ai/bridgenode-mcp.
What your AI can do with it
- Run AI model requests on demand
- Pay for each request with USDC on Solana
- Send requests in the OpenAI-compatible format
- Skip subscriptions and pay only for the requests you make
Install @bridgenode/mcp
The server’s own address, for the clients that take one directly. Or connect Ahel once and every client you use reads it from one address, with the account kept on Ahel rather than in each client’s config.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user bridgenode-mcp 'https://bridgenode.cc/mcp'Run it once in your project, then open /mcp to approve any sign-in the server asks for.
Claude Desktop
https://bridgenode.cc/mcpAdd a custom connector in Settings, paste this address, and approve the sign-in.
Cursor
cursor://anysphere.cursor-deeplink/mcp/install?name=bridgenode-mcp&config=eyJ1cmwiOiJodHRwczovL2JyaWRnZW5vZGUuY2MvbWNwIn0=Open the link and Cursor adds the server at that address.
ChatGPT
https://bridgenode.cc/mcpIn Settings, enable Developer mode, create an MCP app, and paste this address. Your plan and workspace must allow custom apps.

From the project's README
As published by bridgenode-ai/bridgenode-mcp in README.md.
Built for AI agents — no API keys, no registration, pay-as-you-go with Solana USDC via x402. Start free: free models and 2 free calls on paid models per client, no wallet required.
BridgeNode MCP wrapper — stdio MCP server that proxies requests to the remote
https://bridgenode.cc/mcp (streamable-HTTP) with automatic x402 payment
(Solana USDC). No API keys, no registration.
Installation (one-command)
claude mcp add bridgenode -s user -- npx -y @bridgenode/mcp@latest
Or manually (Claude Code, Cursor, other MCP clients):
{
"mcpServers": {
"bridgenode": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "@bridgenode/mcp@latest"]
}
}
}
Configuration (.env)
# Solana wallet private key (base58) — agent's payment wallet
# Optional — Solana wallet private key (base58). Needed only for PAID calls:
# free models and the 2 free trials work without it.
BRIDGENODE_WALLET_KEY=
# Spending policy (fail-closed)
BRIDGENODE_MAX_PER_CALL=0.05
BRIDGENODE_DAILY_CAP=1.0
Tools
chat_completions— AI inference (free models run without payment; the first 2 calls to a PAID model are free per client, then x402 payment is automatic). Accepts OpenAI-styletools/tool_choice— the model's answer then carriestool_calls(the wrapper passes arguments through unchanged)list_models— model list (free)get_price_estimate— estimate cost of a chat request (free)
How it works
- Local MCP client launches the wrapper via stdio
- Wrapper connects to
https://bridgenode.cc/mcp(streamable HTTP) - On
tools/callreceiving 402 (payment required) — the wrapper automatically signs the payment withBRIDGENODE_WALLET_KEYand retries the request - Spending policy checks every payment BEFORE signing (fail-closed)
