verified_check — $0.15 USDC on Base (x402 v2): Embassy fetches your HTTPS URL once, server-side, checks it against your conditions, returns a signed Outcome Receipt with the full transcript.
register_recovery — $1.00: store a client-encrypted recovery blob, queued for human review within 24h.
compute_spot_prices — free: live P2P GPU spot prices with per-offer provenance.

Receipts are portable (embassy-receipt/1) and publicly verifiable at /v1/receipts/:receiptId.

server.json is the Official MCP Registry entry (schema 2025-12-11).
