meeting-analyzer

SkillDocs & knowledge

Once added, your AI can review your meeting transcripts and recordings and show you how you actually come across. It surfaces speaking habits, filler words, and communication anti-patterns, then pairs them with coaching feedback you can act on.

Available today. Use it from your connected AI after setup.

Add it, then upload a meeting transcript or point your AI to one and ask what it notices about how you communicate.

Then ask your AI: use the meeting-analyzer skill

What your AI can do with it

  • Analyze meeting transcripts and recordings to reveal your speaking habits
  • Flag filler words and communication anti-patterns
  • Give coaching feedback you can act on
  • Read transcripts in common formats, including text files, Word documents, and subtitle files (.txt, .md, .docx, .vtt, .srt)

What this skill tells your AI

The instructions your AI receives, as published by hamzafarooq/claude-code-starter in .claude/skills/meeting-analyzer/SKILL.md and read by ahel’s review.

Ask the user to paste their meeting notes or transcript.

Then return:

Bullet list of things that were agreed or resolved. Flag HIGH CONFIDENCE vs TENTATIVE.

Action Items

OwnerTaskDue date
[name or "unassigned"][specific action][date or "not set"]

Open Questions

Things raised but not resolved. These need a follow-up owner.

Risks & Blockers

Anything that could slow progress. One sentence each.

What Was Left Unsaid

One observation about what the notes suggest but no one said directly — a tension, an assumption, or a decision that needs to be made but wasn't.

Keep the action items actionable: verb + object + owner. If the notes are vague, flag it rather than fabricate specificity.
