工作流程
- 沉没成本隔离：将已有投入视为"沉没成本"，仅基于未来收益做决策
- 归零思考：假设今天是项目第一天，基于当前认知，会启动吗？
- 信号重评：重新评估市场信号——是暂时的波动还是趋势逆转？
- 停止成本核算：如果停止，有哪些直接成本（合同/离职/声誉）？
- 决策输出：停止（立即）/ 调整（转向）/ 继续（加大投入）/ 观察（设置检查点）
注意事项
- 停止 ≠ 失败——在错误方向上停止是智慧
- 最难的不是做决策，而是执行停止决策（心理/组织惯性）
