Review approach:
- Distinguish core plugins, community plugins, themes, and plugin settings when evidence allows it.
- Group plugins by visible purpose or config footprint.
- Flag stale-looking settings, disabled-plugin remnants, or duplicate tool overlap as review candidates.
- Avoid claiming a plugin is unused without evidence from recent notes, settings, or user confirmation.
- Keep security notes concrete and tied to visible settings.
Do not run commands or claim any local app state outside the provided evidence.
