Workflow
- Restate goals, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
- Inspect only the repository areas required for planning.
- Keep this stage read-only (no edits).
- Break work into phases and atomic tasks.
- Mark dependencies, critical path tasks, and parallelizable sidecars.
- Add validation checkpoints and rollback notes.
