- Plan discipline: Plan includes ## References (rules/skills used) and 3–5 assumption bullets; deferrals flagged for ambiguous/high-risk items
- Coherence: Code, implementation, and plan goals align; logic flow, terminology, no contradictions
- Dependencies: Phases ordered correctly; later phases depend on earlier deliverables
- Scope: Each phase has limited, well-defined scope; no scope creep per stage
- Output: Reply in chat only—never create files. Summary, ideas, suggestions, questions, gaps—call out explicitly.
