session-report
PackAI & modelssession-report is a plugin that turns local Claude Code transcripts into an explorable HTML session report plugin. It reads the files under ~/.claude/projects and produces a page showing token usage, cache efficiency, subagents, skills, and the most expensive prompts from each session.
