- Collect the git log since the last update (default: 2 days).
- Write three short paragraphs: Done, Next, Blocked.
- Do not reference commit IDs — write for a non-technical reader.
- Keep the whole update under 150 words.
- Post the update to the
#statuschannel with the messaging tool; if no messaging tool exists, print it in chat.
