Subscriptions + webhook

Input:

Avoid double-fulfillment

Input:

Webhook sometimes fires twice.

Expected output:

Persists processed event ids and no-ops on replay; relies on checkout.session.completed for fulfillment, not client redirects; notes test-clock testing.
