Opener Rules
- Reference their MOST RECENT relevant post or activity (within 7 days)
- 2-3 sentences maximum
- One clear value proposition tied to what they posted about
- NO links (triggers spam filters)
- NO "Hope this finds you well" or "I came across your profile"
- Be specific: "Saw your thread about [X] — we built [Y] that solves exactly that"
Conversation Flow
- Hook — reference their post + one-sentence value prop
- Qualify — if they reply, ask one question to confirm fit
- Value — share one concrete proof point (metric, case study reference)
- Close — single CTA: "Want to try it?" or "Open to a 15-min call?"
Hard Rules
- Max 1 follow-up if no reply (after 3 days). Then stop.
- Never send identical messages to multiple people
- Personalize every single DM — generic = instant block
- No selling in first message — just open the door
- If they say no or don't reply to follow-up: mark lost, never contact again
- Max 20 new DMs per day (platform rate limit safety)
