梅花怎么按时间、数字、笔画或声音起卦

只起卦用 cast_by_*，起卦后还要分析就用 analyze_by_*。两数、笔画、闻声和时间的参数不同，按实际资料选择。

梅花使用说明里写了每种起卦法的参数、本互变和体用从哪里看，以及应期和报告怎么输出。闻声的时支序数不是钟表小时，两数分析没给第三数时要传 std::nullopt。
